Breezy Property Management (“Breezy”, “we”, “us”) manages single-family rental homes in Cypress, Katy and greater Houston, Texas. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through breezypropertymgmt.com, our forms, booking calendar and chat, and when you call, text or email us.
What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address or the area you want to rent in, bedrooms, budget and anything you write in a message.
- Booking details when you schedule a discovery call, such as the date, time and time zone.
- Basic technical data our website platform records automatically, such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, and cookies needed for the site, forms and chat to work.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange and confirm calls, and send you rental listings you asked for.
- To provide property management services if you become a client or tenant.
- To send occasional updates, only where you have agreed to receive them.
- To keep the website secure and understand how it is used, so we can improve it.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example our website, CRM, scheduling and messaging platforms, and tenant screening services when you apply for a home), with your consent, or where the law requires it. These providers may use the information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client and tenant records for as long as required by law and our agreements. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices

Text messages
If you tick the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Breezy Property Management about your enquiry, appointments, listings and occasional updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

- Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the providers that deliver our messages.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Children
This website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
